We are a 100% family business and our offices are located on the Hibiscus Coast of Auckland, New Zealand.
Most of our products offer free shipping. Therefore you don’t need to!
Unfortunately not. Because we are a dropshipping businness, our products get shipped to you directly from our suppliers. But we are always here to provide you any support you might require.
Depending on the product, our current shipping times are between 7 and 20 working days.
PAYMENT
Yes. We do not store your card information. We use Stripe as our payment partner, which is the current market leader in online payment fulfilment. For those that don’t want to provide their credit card details, we also have a bank deposit option.
No. All fees are calculated on checkout.
Yes. Refunds are not dependent on payment method. Please contact us and we will guide you through the (simple) process.
Absolutely! All our prices include GST and we provide a GST invoice with all our sales.
RETURNS
In the unfortunate event of you receiving a faulty product, or a product that is different to what you ordered you will need to get in contact with us. Our sales team will guide you through the return process. We will issue you with an RMA number and then send you a courier ticket to post the item back to us.
